This word is one that liken beautiful woman in Japanese.
When it comes to beatiful woman, we often say "tateba shakuyaku, suwareba botan,
aruku sugatawa yurino hana," which means she looks like shakuyaku (a Cibnese peony)
when standing, botan (a peony) when sitting, and yurino hana (a white lily) when walking.
That totally means she looks beautiful (and elegant) in every scene (position).
(日本の美しい女性を花に例えた言葉です。)
