Bulgarian yufka.(Japanese, ブルガリアのユフカ)

I made Bulgarian yufka.

(私はブルガリアのユフカを作りました。)

I made yufka for half day.

(半日かけて作りました。)
But, it is an instant that I eat!

(でも、食べるのは一瞬!)

Ingredients(材料)

Flour(小麦粉)

Egg(卵)

Salt(塩)

Milk(牛乳)

 1.Put all the Ingredients in a bowl, mix and knead it.

(1.ボウルに材料を入れて混ぜて捏ねる)

2.Make the dough thin a with a rolling pin.

(2.麺棒で薄く伸ばす)

and

(そして)

3.Dry dough in the sun.

(4.干す)

5.Bake it in an oven.

(5.オーブンで焼く)
